My entry for the challenge

The Switchblade stands somewhere between a UAV and a cruise missile. It can be launched from ground with minimal infrastructure (such as a Toyota Hilux) used in an example below. Its control surfaces unfold after the engine starts, allowing it to be launched from planes as well as from ground and making storage more efficient. It uses a rocket engine which provides great acceleration but limits the burn time (it is still more than enough to, for example, destroy one of the ships from Wright runway).

To launch, simply activate AG1, the rest is scripted (you still need to control the drone)
