Kam Air flight 756 was a flight that from Wright Airport to Avalanche Airport. One day, the flight started to go until 12am. At 12am, the plane at the runway to takeoff and pilots inside didnt know the trim automatically set to full. The plane started and it takeoff but it takeoff vertically for no reason, then co-pilot, Estro Canarov realized and said "Wait the trim... IT SET FULLY". Then captain, Canterina Antorinadi move the trim down to recover the takeoff but it broken and co-pilot pull the yoke down but too late, it started to stall and diving to the ground near the beach. The co-pilot of the Cessna 650, Andy Hanto saw the plane diving and crashed. Then he captured the photo that about it explosion already, just only the smoke.
