    @yey i have fixed it, i have raised buoyancy at the floaters (front block 700%, rear block 600%) and i have added dead weight (1000lbs) to the front block that contains fuel

    @getorge In fact, I think it's 160mph (or about 250km/h) maximum speed is enough for a sea plane which was built by 1930s. And when it stay in the water errrr...... That is the problem which puzzles me now indeed. The reason might be that its mass center is too close to the rear. But I can't explian why it would fall to one side when stop in the water......

    But the engine is so weak for this weight and plane at all. And if you wait for a while on the water, then the plane will sink
