RPM Challenge.
Add a counter weight, or not. Tighten a spring, adjust a piston. Just get this wheel spinning as fast as you can(VTOL). Add parts, remove some, even threw in some spare parts for you. The Lights are there to help if they even can, I used them for timing and measuring. Try using 2 Pistons instead of a piston and spring like I did, unlike a car engine does. Although the “pop” of the spring can help and the damping to when added. I can't seem to hold a steady cycle beyond 50% power which is set with VTOL. The Pistons start to actuate to fast before the revolution can cycle it beyond BDC (TDC cause it's inverted) to the power stroke side leaving me to believe there must be a way. You'll understand once you see what's happening. Anyhow. This is now public material open for alteration and amusement.
