Because in game, the armaments are low, armor is good, looks nice, it's somewhat fast, but it can't climb hills (or runways)..... .-.

Nope, you're not using the term "3rd world" correctly. Take India, by definition, still technically a third world country. I think the term you're looking for is "developed" and even then, military technology does not validate a nation's overall level of development. I mean, just look at North Korea... 4th largest military in the world... Still a developing nation
