Action group 1 – Activate rotate large propellers using VTOL control. The OCC-1 is a four seater short range craft that is part plane and part helicopter. It is able to takeoff and land using very short runways and can cruse at 140mph at 40+% power with blades rotated 85 degrees (90d@40+power gives120mph) on the VTOL control and at no rotation - 100% power you get 450+mph. Take off (short runway) – Rotate blades 25% - Throttle 100% - Pull back on the pitch until in air. Fly slow (like helicopter) - Rotate blades 95% - Throttle 45% - control pitch.
