The Concept 4 was the fourth in a line of odd planes created by the Institution for Mechanised Solutions in their search for innovation. While mildly unstable, (primarily to my lack of skill in crafting jets), it has decent speed and manoeuvrability. It has more guns than one could ever need, both types of countermeasures, and my attempt at a detailed interior. Controls are detailed in the craft instructions.
