MV Triumph
Ship History
The MV Triumph of Ocean Network Line is a roro ferry being used in overnight operations.She is currently the company's flagship route of Cebu-Nasipit-Jagna.
She was the former Hayabusa no.15 of Japan East Ferry Line with her former fleetmates being the MV Armonia.She was built in 1985 by Fukuoka Ship Building and serving the Takamatsu-Tonsho-Okayama and vice versa.
She was acquired by Ocean Network Line in 2015 due to the lack of ships serving in the Visayas-Mindanao region where she was among the biggest vessel of the company to be used in the Visayas-Mindanao route.
Design
Her design is based on the M/V Our Lady of The Rule of Cebu Ferries(Formerly owned by Carlos A. Gothing Lines) and entered service in 1970 and was retired in 2010/2011 and was sold for scrapping in Alang,India in 2011/2012.
