1967 Chevrolet C60 with Flatbed Trailer
This is my replica of a 1967 Chevrolet C60 medium duty tractor with a flatbed trailer hauling crates. The C60 was a conventional cab medium duty truck built by Chevrolet. It came with a variety of Inline 6 and V8 motors. Due to it's versatility was used for a variety of jobs, from school buses to fire trucks.
This model includes a fully detailed cab with a functional steering wheel, pedals, shifter, dash board, and turn signal stock, topped with an air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. The engine bay is detailed with a fully modeled engine, brake booster, blower motor, and radiator and is revealed by an openable hood. The chassis is made up with fully functioning leaf springs that articulate and travel realistically, a functional drive shaft that changes speed based on the speed of the vehicle, and functional steering linkage. The rest of the truck features roof marker lights, twin horns, bumper rivets, fully detailed license plates, side saddle tanks, half fenders, moving mudflaps, and air lines.
The flatbed trailer features equally as detailed suspension, functional trailer landing gear, and landing gear crank as well as a deck made up of wooden planks carrying four large wooden crates.
All together, this model delivers on functionality and detail. I hope to make many variants of this vehicle for everyone to enjoy!
