A slimmer production version of the 239 produced after the original 239 was deemed "uneconomical" by the luftwaffe in 1957. Produced with improved engines and heavier guns, it soon became known as the "Black Angel" by Allied bomber crews due to it's extreme efficiency in destroying American B-56 Heavy Bombers.
