A new design in honor of my new silver rating. Based on the idea of my Hoverstar, this is teh newest rendition of hover tech. Move Vtol up, then start engine. 2 activates the rocket to propel it forward. As you turn on engine 2, move vtol to middle for a nice, level flight.
