This was an odd, short-lived type of aircraft, The flying submarine, the most famous of them the LPL Ushakov, it would attack by landing on the water near a ship, filling ballast tanks with water slowly sinking, from their it would act more like a ship and slowly sail to its target before releasing 1 of it's 2 torpedoes, while its a viable idea its too complex to work effectively (activator 1 for main engines, 2 and 3 for torpedoes make sure to raise yourself out of the water to release torpedoes, 4 for the tail engine, and VTOL for rasing and lowering the pontoons)
