Ultimate Radar Jammer
Raid Industries: The Ultimate Radar Jammer
Missiles in SimplePlanes rely on radar locks targeting your cockpit or flight computer. By default, this part serves as the heart of your aircraft—it calculates speed, provides camera control, attracts enemy missiles, and enables missile locks. However, it's also the primary weakness exploited by enemy weapons. Users have long attempted to disrupt these locks with various cockpit movement devices, but none have offered true invincibility.
Until now.
Introducing the Raid Industries Radar Jammer—A Game-Changer in SimplePlanes.
Unlike previous solutions that merely reduced the chances of missile hits, our radar jammer takes evasion to an entirely new level. Using an innovative cycling piston mechanism, this device accelerates the cockpit to extraordinary speeds—so fast that default NPC missiles can't even establish a radar lock.
Why This Jammer Stands Out:
Complete Radar Lock Prevention:
Default NPC missiles aren’t just misled; they are rendered entirely incapable of locking onto your aircraft. This is no longer about evading; it's about complete immunity.
Countering Modded Missiles:
Even modded missiles created by players with extreme agility and precision struggle against this system. These missiles miscalculate your cockpit’s speed, overshooting by kilometers and leaving your aircraft completely unscathed.
Solving Previous Limitations:
Traditional jammers often caused issues:
• Continuous spinning devices resulted in gyroscopic instability, causing your aircraft to roll uncontrollably.
• Misaligned cockpits disrupted missile locks for your own weapon systems.
• Pistons, while better, still left a slim chance of missile hits.
The Raid Industries Radar Jammer overcomes all these problems, delivering unmatched protection without compromising your aircraft’s performance or functionality.
How It Works:
The core mechanism leverages a cycling piston to move the cockpit at extreme speeds. This rapid movement confuses missile targeting systems, preventing locks entirely or causing modded missiles to miscalculate and miss. While this might exploit an in-game mechanic, it effectively mimics the real-world concept of radar jamming—disrupting enemy sensors so they can't pinpoint your location.
This isn't just an evasion tool; it's the closest SimplePlanes build has ever come to a true radar jammer.
Redefining Defense in SimplePlanes:
With the Raid Industries Radar Jammer, you hold the ultimate countermeasure against any missile threat—be it default or player-made. Whether you're battling default NPCs or competing against player made vehicles, this device ensures your survival by rendering enemy missiles obsolete.
Ready to revolutionize your aircraft’s defenses? With this radar jammer, the skies are truly yours.
How to Use?
Important Note
Dont forget to realign your cockpit to zero locations to provide lock on enemy when it's activated

So... i just need to attach my main cockpit/flightcomp part to this piston?
Your locking circle will not align with enemy if you rotate cockpit.
@JSTQ No, if you want to use your own missiles this method is better.
Um... Do you think adding a pivot at the other end of the piston to make it move in a circular motion would have a better effect? Or, add two axes and perform spherical motion?
@Boeing727200F and so marches on the struggle of combat technology
so now we have jammer proof missiles
now we need a jammer proof missiles jammer
@Onat67 This jammer was rendered usless by the time it was uploaded
@Numbers2 So congurats, you made a jammer proof missile. This is how combat technology works. Somebody makes a jammer and other makes a missile which is not effected.
Simply put, it has almost no effect on missiles without advance calculation because it causes errors in advance calculation by displaying incorrect target speed and direction of motion.
Um... simple and rough.
Don't be fooled by the fact that the only effective component is a piston. The most disgusting thing about this thing is not the small range movement of the cockpit, but the incorrect output information of the target speed caused by moving too fast. This fatal error will result in the failure of all automatic weapons with predicted advance quantities, whether they are system missiles or FT automated weapons.
BUT! This does not work for missiles that use tail chasing guidance methods (such as infrared missiles in reality)
My ZG-6A lacks the ability to track lead time due to insufficient technical skills, and only tracks target coordinates. In addition, with its own 300 meter close range explosion, the displacement of the cockpit can be ignored. And ZG-6A has low-speed super maneuverability function. This jamming device actually makes it one of the best missiles
I saw someone in the comment section saying that the circular motion should be extended to infinity. My evaluation is that not only AI, but also players cannot find you. The system radar cannot display that far.
Countering Modded Missiles:
Even modded missiles created by players with extreme agility and precision struggle against this system. These missiles miscalculate your cockpit’s speed, overshooting by kilometers and leaving your aircraft completely unscathed.
.... I killed the jet with the Jammer attached and it did take 3 missiles to kill it but the 3rd killed the jet and that was modded with speed and agility in mind....
But what about flight data? GS/IAS/TAS and every thing that depends on it?
f-117 and jammer planes will finally be able to work properly. great job!
omg i cant belive simpleplanes comunity actualy started cooking. Hacks, doom (long ago but uk), minewisper, fully radar jammer, CHESS???
@LowQualityRepublic ahem. freaky?
@Neruneten21 It sounds good!
@Onat67 give me thplane with the radar jammer and I'll do some testing!
@LowQualityRepublic 💀
very clever mechanics. Also, you might want to set preventBreaking to true to make the piston attachment not break when attaching to other flight comp.
@Boeing727200F you can mostly negate these types of jammers by setting the
maxVelocityAdjustmentRate
really low and thenmaxForwardThrust
andmaxHeadingRate
really highyou also need big explosion
@Onat67 Hi, you probably don't know me, and I would need to test this before I make an official offer, but I was wondering if you would accept an offer to join Project Molten Candle if it was presented to you? I'm still working on it, and you don't have to make a decision right away, but just keep it in your mind because this machine will prove useful.
Thanks!
You could actually make functional stealth with this, maybe by slowing down the speed when it gets closer to the target.
