    Here's solution(Android only)

    1. Download Overload mod.
    2. Applying the mod into Android/data/com.jundroo.simpleplanes/files/mod.
    3. Activate the mod via mods button in menu.
    4. Go to designer and Select the part.
    5. Change disable aircraft collision's set to true.
    6. Applying changes and you're done.
