Auto Credit Based on hopotumon's MIG-23 Flogger
It's based from @hopotumon flogger.. I try to add some improve, maybe minor.. almost real flogger airbrake, almost real blinking light, trim for flaps, change gun, rotator to control tail wing (pitch), and other minor adjust position.. Enjoy flying.. :)

@FennVectorCWA that's great dude.. I almost never use that system to my plane to reduce part, easy to make, and easy to use.. :)
Migs used Tailplanes ( wings attached to rotators) but somehow it doesn't always end up good, My Early Mig-21 one Tailplanes were bad ....The later versions became better but My best Tailplane Jet fighter was the Su-47

@hopotumon hmm.. Maybe.. :) I only adjust that to 10°, more than that can make this plane go crazzy..
Wow.. the rotated elevator must be make this plane more agile..
