This took me a while but i manage to make something that flies well and float on water. Use VTOL to rotate engines and turn on Activator1 before doing a vertical takeoff. Use Activator 2 for boost. Its a bit unstable when doing a water take off so if it flips use Activator3 to turn it over. Lastly use trim to level it up when goin at high speeds. P.S. It looks bad but i have no idea on how to make it look better. Enjoy:)
