Ultralight Bushplane
This one is a fictional STOL/Bushplane.
It has a rare 150hp two cylinder engine and a very low pitch prop for obvious reasons.
the visibility out of the cockpit is great and everything is VR optimized.
The dial in the upper left corner ist your angle of attack, the one on the upper right ist the flap angle. Notice that the flaps have a negative flap setting for cruise. The red light on the left is the Stall Warning.
AG1 or the little switch on the bottom left is for the canopy hatch
AG8 or the switch on the right (the one witch the little red light over it) is for the so called AutoSTOL feature:
-if activated the it holds the airplane in a wings- level, no sideslip attitude.
-you still have to bring the aircraft manually to the desiered STOL speed (approx. 35km/h) and set the Trim (about 3/4 back) and get the aircraft steady. only then the AutoSTOL can safly take over.
-if switch is in the ON position AutoSTOL activates at speeds under 60 km/h and the little red light above the switch turns on
Have lots of fun.
P.S. takeoff is a little challanging witch full positive flaps, but practice helps a lot...as a tip: pitch fully forward and set the flaps to zero as soon as the main gear leaves the ground.
