SR-73 Blackbird (max speed: 9442 mph!)
The super bullet revival!
This build is based off of my Super bullet
First off this is not a replica, just an original design. For those of you who love high-speed, you should enjoy this, considering it's cruising speed is roughly 6700 mph. Yet it also has really good low speed control and landing abilities, which is achieved by, reduce thrust mode, flaps, air brakes, etc.
Controls:
Activate1
= parachuteActivate2
= stabilization mode
Note: Use for stability at high speeds.Activate3
= carrier landing hookActivate8
= taxi mode
Note: use for taking off, landing, and taxyingVTOL
= flaps
Note: Do not use above 500 mph.Trim
= trim/ high-speed pitch controlYaw
= yaw/ use for high-speed turningRoll
&Pitch
= low speed control (50-2000/3000 mph.)Throttle
= throttle
Note: used with discretion ;)
Notes:
Without taxi mode on the throttle is rather snappy.
This plane is designed to be able to go extremely fast but also to be able to have great low-speed control.
I was actually able to hit 10 grand on it but I never recorded it. Believe it or not flying closer the ground gives you the most speed.
The idea of using Jets as control surfaces was SledDriver’s idea.
Enjoy!

@Wootiesspy I'm glad you enjoyed it
the body of this aircraft was amazing for my fastest plane build, thank you for making this.
@gustavaneitor Thank you, it's an oldie, but a goodie. It is a little hard to fly slowly, though I guess that's why I added the taxi mode AG8.
Very good! what a nice build, durability and speed
@Kinggold So have I, I just went almost 50,000 miles an hour in a plane I built. Here
I’ve made and seen many faster
@AnthB thanks man! :)
Goes fast, looks great, it’s pretty awesome!
Thanks, @50CalChicken
@XP Oh ok, well that's nice to know
@XP true
Awesome.
So at 1,000,000 feet ias is 0 due to lower air density
But SP can still simulate inertia @Belloaka
@XP Yes, except for the fact that there's no space in simpleplanes
But can it fly at the edge of space just like the real Blsckbird?
