A cutting-edge force in maintaining national airspace?

QL-4 Professional Dog Walking Rope v

At the exhibition, whenever a black figure drags two blue exhaust flames over the audience, it always elicits waves of exclamation. People are amazed by the technological level and combat effectiveness of his noble stealth fighter, as well as his important position in the air force combat system. But few people mention its development history, why?

In 167 Year, during the golden period when the third generation fighter jets of the Skira Republic and Kissa Federation were extensively introduced, a very impressive combat drone emerged - the QL-4A, proposed by graduates of the Dragon Design Society of the Skira Air Force Design Academy and designed and manufactured by the Central Research Institute. In fact, its performance is not particularly outstanding, but there is one crucial point: it is currently the first stealth aircraft to appear.

This new type of fighter jet caused a sensation nationwide at the time and was considered capable of changing the current air force combat mode. This is undoubtedly a good thing, but with it comes a headache: how to operate them?

Using ground base stations for operation is a good idea, but due to the impact of communication transmission, it may cause some delay, which can be referred to when encountering network lag while playing games. If it is a ground attack mission, it is fine, but the central leadership hopes that they can achieve the effect of stealth fighter air combat. At this time, delayed operation is a very fatal problem, because every second fought for in air combat is a huge opportunity. Due to the immaturity of AI technology, they can only consider using manned fighter jets for operations. However, as the current design of stealth fighter jets is in its infancy, they have not yet figured out how to make manned fighter jets invisible. Once manned fighter jets are detected in actual combat, their strategic concept of stealth fighter combat will fail.

At this point, they proposed the idea of making manned fighter jets invisible. At this point, all they wanted was a command plane to serve QL-4. Affected by the political and military situation, the plan was not implemented until 175 Year, when the two countries merged and the Antares League was established.

Fortunately, the research was not interrupted as a result. At this point, they have basically completed the design of the manned stealth fighter jet. The flat fuselage, newly designed intake pipes, dual vector engines, and other innovative designs formed the foundation of their first generation stealth fighter design. But the newly formed government always feels that there are some issues with this plan. They looked at this command plane and felt like it was a miniaturized stealth early warning aircraft.

The functionality is too limited, isn't it completely expensive?

Due to the current trend of the Air Force's military building ideology towards multifunctional fighter jets, this single function aircraft was quickly despised, just like the previous PX-9A interceptor. So the plan was forced to be reconsidered. At this point, someone suggested that this fighter jet could pass through the air defense radar network and carry out a decapitation operation on the enemy's early warning aircraft, paralyzing the enemy's command capability.

The proposal was ultimately unanimously agreed upon, and the plan was officially designated as the new generation of air superiority stealth fighter, named M-20, specifically designed for aerial combat missions. You asked me about hitting the ground? QL-4, Go ahead!

After a series of flight control and aerodynamic improvements, the M-20C completed its final test flight in 183 and began service in the Air Force. This also enables the Antetus Alliance to finally have the ability to create its own invisible combat formation, catching up with the gap in this regard with the Federation of the Messiah.

Its excellent stealth and maneuverability also make it not inferior to other fighter jets in dogfights, but more often than not, its combat style may be similar to letting a dog bite a person.

I've decided it's you, QL-4!
