Firing guns will also affect your speed due to the use of airbrakes to represent the gas deflectors in front of the cannons. You may interpret this as a feature or whatever...

1=Fire All Sidewinders
2=Fire All Hellfires
3=Jettison Mk.10s
4=Jettison External Fuel Tank
5=Tail Hook
6=Drag Chute
7=Lights
8=Gyro (Installed for smooth flight and formation on Default AI Mode. For dogfights, I suggest you remove the gyro all together. It will fly just fine without it.)
