Auto Credit Based on Pilotmario's Pummeler Attack Mk 2
A Pummeler Attack Mk 3 with four Mk 9 cannon in two underwing gun pods. The more powreful Mk 9 cannon could not be fitted in the wings due to recoil, so gun pods were made. However, it was not adopted as the weight of the gun pods affected performance considerably and the Mk 3 was performing adequately. As a result, the proposal was dropped. However, the 3rd Attack Wing retrofitted their Pummeler Attack Mk 2 with a pair of Mk 9 cannon in the wings.
