After several hours of boredom, "the Ruler" is finished. Basically a mash of several actual warships, the Ruler will be able to serve all of your naval combat needs. An impressive main battery of 8 40 cm guns will smash bridges to pieces. The secondary of 10 15 cm dual-purpose guns will smash all planes and destroyers with ease. To assist in fire-control, many radars are placed on the superstructure, and a scout plane is mounted on the stern.

Group 1+2+VTOL - fore and aft turret aiming, respectively
Group 3+4+Spacebar - fire fore and aft guns, respectively
Group 5+6+Spacebar - fire port and starboard secondaries, respectively
Group 7 - launch catapult and start scoutplane engine
Group 8+VTOL - aim catapult
