Trim for water rudders. VTOL for flaps. Takeoff procedure: 1.) Water rudders and flaps up 2.) Run throttle to 100% 3.) Let plane accelerate to 75mph 4.) Put in half flaps and pitch nose up. Landing Procedures: 1.) Reduce power to 35% 2.) Put in half flaps and pitch for glide with trim 3.) Once 200ft above water, reduce power to 20% with full flaps 3.) flare above landing and reduce power to 0% and apply speed brakes
