inspired by the kc 97 tanker, this air to air refueling craft is equipped with an improved boom, complete with lights, extenders, shock absorbers, and a system which makes sure the boom has minimal effect on the stability of the plane. my last tanker had a lot of problems such as a boom which controlled the plane, and a nasty habit of blowing up. the main problem with this one is that it must be landed very gently and at quite a shallow angle. overall, this is a very long range, highly capable, and very versatile tanker aircraft. (1=boom raise/lower, 2=probe extend/retract, 3=boom control, 4=drop tanks, 5=saftey lights, 6=guidence light, 7=auxiliary turbojets, 8= pitch/roll control)
