For the recovery of all your enemy's sunken nuke missile subs. The Hughes Global Marine (Glomar) explorer. Built in early 1970's to secretly recover the Russian K-129 sub. Complete with moon pool and gymboled main rig. Throttle for forward, brake for reverse. Yaw to steer and for bow thrusters. Roll for stern thrusters. Vtol up for moon pool, though it doesnt really matter since it floods anyway.
