737 MAX 8
The Boeing 737 MAX (also marketed under technical names, as in the case of the Boeing 737-8200 model) is a family of passenger aircraft developed by the American aeronautical manufacturer Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
starting with the Boeing 737 Next Generation family to compete with the Airbus A320neo family. The program started on August 30, 2011, made the first flight on January 29, 2016 and obtained FAA certification on March 9, 2017. The first delivery was a MAX 8 on May 16, 2017 for Malindo Air, which started operations six days later.
