The XA-22 Thunder Stallion is a proposed replacement for the venerable A-10 Thunderbolt.

VTOL up to raise gear.

Groups 1-2 fires missles
Groups 3-5 drops bombs

    @Scriefers I don't know how I managed to nail that yaw control either. It just sort of came out that way. Happy accident I guess.

    I'm thoroughly impressed with this plane, @A5mod3us. It has really tight control. There's absolutely no wobbling or fishtailing after performing turns and pitching. There isn't even any snapback when releasing a yaw turn! I don't know how you did that. Yaw control is very difficult to get right and is often under utilized.

    While it'll be a sad day to see my favorite tank buster retire, I'd be okay if it was replaced by this beast. Loaded for bear and has that WWII twin boom design... Mmm Mmm!!
