It seems like many years since I joined SimplePlanes. Of course, this is not the truth; I've only had the game for a month. Time passes faster in SimplePlanes. I stopped posting stuff for a day a long time ago (maybe one or two weeks?) and I had 80 notifications and people were concerned about my health. I do not remember the very first plane I built. I didn't save it when I went to build my second plane and it was lost. A shame, too, because it was a pretty good one.

I have finally got to 5000 points and Gold. You don't get to 5000 points without making a few friends. I would like to thank UnknownVectors, BananaDictator, WalrusAircraft, PlanesOfOld, nickasaurusrex, ramjet, BaconAndEggs96, and many, many others who I have forgotten. Of course, you don't get to 5000 points without making a few enemies, and I could list all the people who have been rude at some point (well, five of them would be the same person), but I won't. Thank you all who have helped me get to this point. I really appreciate it. I've been waiting for this for a long time.

I have built a small bushplane to celebrate. When I got Silver, I made a gold-and-silver jet, so I have made for Gold a black-and-gold bushplane. It's top speed is about 450 thanks to a WalrusAircraft 10x Small propeller engine. It lifts off very quick and pitches very weirdly. It will take a bit of getting used to, but you'll have a blast.

It's been fun getting to 5000. I wish there were a rank in between 5000 and 25,000 that I could realistically look forward to. I didn't ever expect to get even to Silver, so this proves that unexpected things can happen. Somehow I surpassed builders who were on the site for far longer than I have been. I guess some people are luckier than others. So maybe I will get to Platinum someday. Sure, others will get there first, like WalrusAircraft, PlanesOfOld, and Authros, but I'll get there, too. Someday.
