The most advanced variant of the F33P Family, the F33P4e Lightning II is the last variant as the funding for the refitting of the F33P runs dry. Newly implemented features such as new combat flaps have made turn-fighting possible without using the pivoting engine, preventing further accidents of overturning with the engine. It is still in use as the main Quick Response Interceptor of the Phoenixian Republican Air Force.
