Throttle for car = Right stick & only activate 2 is on !
Throttle for PSM = Left Stick & only activate 1 is on !
If you want to do PSM stunts then use orbit view and activate 1 only !

@Yeet24k it's called ice base assault. The map needs to be discovered and it is north. Click hereonce you discover the map, click on Ice bass assault. You will be in the air facing an air-to-ground missile battery. Defeat the missile battery and land inside of the base. Once inside, drive all the way to the back very slowly and you will hear a "ding" and you will have discovered a map called ice base.
