Description
The AV-19 Peregrine II was developed by SMC Aerospace for the Saltwater Air Force. The aircraft is a supersonic multirole VTOL fighter, and flies from the Saltwater Navy's Trieste-class LHDs and Cavour-class aircraft carriers, providing air defence and close air support for ground forces. The aircraft can carry up to eight air-to-air missiles or air-to-ground ordinance including bombs, rockets and missiles. Its advanced Captor-E AESA radar allows it to excel in BVR combat.
The Peregrine II is powered by two turbofans, which propel it to a maximum speed of 1190 mph. A single turbojets provides lift during the VTOL stages of flight, being carried as dead weight during forward flight. This engine also powers the reaction control puffer jets, which are clustered in the nose and tail.
Nine hardpoints are present for weapons carriage, although the centre-line hardpoint can only carry a drop tank or a cannon pod due to issues with ground clearance. The two wing-root hardpoints are cleared for the carriage of Perseus hypersonic cruise missiles.
The AV-19 Peregrine II has a crew of one, seated on a "zero-zero" ejection seat.
Sixty aircraft are currently in service with the Saltwater Air Force, and have flown in anger during the Invasions of Tunisia and Malta.
Controls
AG1 activates VTOL mode.
AG2 lowers the arrestor hook.
AG3 dumps Perseus cruise missiles.
AG4 releases port-side Foxhound.
AG5 releases starboard-side Foxhound.
AG6 dumps other ordnance.
AG7 activates the navigation lights.
For the best VTOL performance, slide VTOL just over half-way up. Slide it back after transitioning to forward flight, and then de-activate AG1.

@LucasNicky
Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, I based the wings and inlets off the Starfighter, and included elements from the F-4 Phantom and Yak-38.

@rexzion
Thanks for your feedback.
VTOL landing is very satisfying, but there is one problem with it that makes it a bit difficult to land, the ground clearance. like bruh hard landings are common in naval planes and carrier landings, that smol landing gear would snap like a twig
So cool......
@TheTyphoon better than any of my jets.
