showmans engine/trailer with working hitch

Showmans steam engine with log trailer and working trailer hitch.

Hitching the trailer must be done at the start of the game, do not move the tractor until hitched because theres no reverse to back into the trailer should you move the engine. Hitching the trailer is simple but must be done right or the trailer will just roll away. It takes a few times to get it right, just do everything slowly and use camera 3 to get a good view of the hitch.

To hitch:
-AG5 and AG6 on

-Move trim down almost but not quite one notch to tilt hitch into position. The angle must be correct or the hitch will push the trailer away when the arm is extended and you’ll have to restart.

-Move VTOL all the way up to extend hitch arm into position.

-Move trim rest of the way down to bring the hitch onto the trailer.

-Turn AG5 and AG6 off, bring VTOL and trim to center, and turn on AG7.

-Now trim all the way up to lock the trailer onto the hitch, then turn off AG7 and return slider to center.

-AG5 on and off to retract hitch arm, now you’re ready to go!

To run tractor:

-AG1 and VTOL slowly up no more than one notch to start engine, adjust slightly for smooth running.

-AG2 and throttle to go, roll to steer.

-AG3 and trim to crank water pump, AG4 and trim to turn propane valve.

-AG8 for lights, pitch down to release excess steam pressure.
