First off, thank you to the user who made the hull. All credit goes to him. So, here we have my transport boat. Ag1 for boat prop, Ag2 for car engine, vtol down to lower ramp, keep it up so the car does not go over the edge. Once you have gone up onto the land, deactivate 1, lower ramp, and activate 2 to drive off the ramp. Drive around for a bit, and then drive back onto the boat. Roll to steer the car, and trim to steer boat. Once back on the carrier, raise ramp, deactivate 2 and activate 3 to unbeach yourself. Use the ramp up and down to persuade the boat to go back. Once back in the sea, deactivate 3 and activate 1. Turn and you are good to go! Have fun!
