Nope, it's not an F1, it's a Super Formula

In case you don't know, the Japanese Super Formula is basically the japanese version of the Indycar series, since both share the same chassis supplier (Dallara), but they use 4-cyl turbo engine (either built by Hønda or Toyota), unlike the biturbo V6 engines used in Indycar

The Super Formula series is a racing series disputed in Japan, founded in 1973 and similar to other Formula Racing series like Formula 3 or Formula 2

The Dallara SF19 is an open-wheel single-seater chassis produced by Dallara for use in the Japanese Super Formula championship. It debuted in 2019, replacing the Dallara SF14 chassis. Throughout its production, it was the sole chassis used in Super Formula, however an engine development war between Hønda and Toyota can lead to significant performance differences between the Hønda and Toyota powered models
