For take off VTOL down to tilt the rotor for vertical take off. Throttle to 50%. The plane will slowly circle as it hovers up and as speed and lift increase in the wings. AG1 to activate rotor and nose movement to keep plane level at hover. Use standard controls to adjust position of hover (roll, pitch). Yaw will spin the plane in position. Watch the speed as aerodynamics will take over here. Once ready to cruise DISABLE AG 1 then set VTOL to middle. For descending try 35% throttle for a slow and controlled journey down.It floats!
