I have built one at my account. It takes of at about 32 pmh but I think if you optimize it you can gett it of the ground at about 25 pmh

I've created a successor to the dridecker, now take off speed of 62mph if you visit the dridecker and then it's successor.

Well I'm in, 72mph is where we leave the ground without assistance but if you want to fly off the end of the runway you are safe in the mid 60's.
