================================================================
I've been at a loss for building things lately, so I though I'd host another challenge.
So without further delay I present:
THE ULTRALIGHT SEAPLANE CHALLENGE!
Due: Friday, August 7th
The rules are simple:
Build a lightweight seaplane that can take-off and land on water.
In order to qualify you must meet the following conditions:
-Must fly, and be able to take-off from and land on water.
-Must weigh under 3500 lbs.
-Cannot include modded or enhanced parts of any kind (ie- overclocked engines)
-Must be posted as a successor to this aircraft file.
The plane must only take-off and land on water, but amphibious planes score bonus points.
You may use whatever means you like to achieve your desired design, including file hacking and parts clipping.
Judging will be based on the following factors:
-How well the aircraft handles in air.
-How well the aircraft handles on water.
-How long the run-up for take-off is.
-Overall aesthetic appeal of the aircraft.
All participants will receive a 5 star rating on their entry plane provided it meets the entry requirements. Winners will receive a number of 5 star ratings according to place:
1st: 9
2nd: 5
3rd: 3
May the best builder win, and...
HAPPY FLYING!
