My two cents: if you choose to place two elevators on an aircraft (one forward, one aft), it is a good idea to invert the forward elevator so it produces lift, while the rear on spoils lift, or produces down force depending on the effectiveness. This creates a fulcrum in the aircraft's lift allowing it to pivot at a specific point; usually the mean of lift and weight. If both elevators are spoiling lift, the aircrafts fulcum become the whole section between each pitch surface which creates a lot of drag and counteracts a portion of the lift effectiveness. Blah blah blah, right? Point being, I would place your forward lifting surface in between your cockpit and engine nacelles (main wing) and invert the movement so the pitch surface produces lift. This would increase pitch authority quite. Sorry for the novel ;)
Cool build, keep 'em coming.
