The Grumman F-14D, made famous from the movie Topgun. The wings start locked in place, The hinge rotators are connected to action group 1 and controlled with thrust. So to flip the wings backwards just go full speed and hit 1 to deactivate the lock and then 1 again when the wings are fully retracted. To flip them forward kill the trust, hit 1 and then hit 1 again when the wings are straight.
