This is my entry into the time reversal challenge.
I am pretty sure the original now resides somewhere in the Smithsonian, although there are a few that still fly, and are the oldest flying aircraft in the world

Its not a speedometer though, the word 'HUILE' in french means "oil".
So basically it is an oil pressure gauge:)
