Second attempt at a mobile friendly seaplane. This one is a little wider.
I solved the high-wing engine mount problem by angling the engines upward slightly. She'll take off and land on land or water with very little problems.
VTOL up for landing gear.
Carefull when nosing down, though, as too much down elevator can cause you to lose control.
