Can you please tell me how to put stuff into fuselage blocks and how to use modded fuel tanks?

You should rather ask in the forums. Basically you use the nudging function and for the fuel tank you need to place two fuel tanks, nudge them exactly into each other and then go into the XML-file of that craft to change their values. One has to be set to fuel="9999999" capacity="9999999" and one has to be set to fuel="-9999999" capacity="-9999999". :)
