Bell/Boeing V-22 "Osperey" PLEASE HELP

Whenever i try to make this skef sufficient it becomes far too heavy to fly or maneuver, when i add detached fuel and engines i cant get it to fly, somebody please take this and make itnself sufficient without changing the aesthetics too much, i tried my best to be accurate in style but i could use some more experienced help, see if you can add balanced out fuel and vtol engines, as well as some nozzles, please try not to change evrrything i just need some help, any help will be greatly appreciated.
