Pummeler Drone Mk 2
A variant of the Pummeler Mk 2 converted into a target drone. Many of the Mk 2 airframes were rapidly wearing out after years of regular use, and the Pilotmario Air Force boneyards were beginning to fill with them. As a result, it was decided to convert the relatively intact airframes as target drones and the damaged or old airframes as scrap, maintenance training hulks, or as ground targets. It was fitted with a 1,000 HP engine from the Pummeler Trainer Mk 2. All armament was removed as well as the wing fuel tanks. A radio control system was fitted, which connected directly to the control rods. As a result, it could still be flown by a human pilot when necessary. These aircraft served alongside training units as target practice, both with simulated and live munitions. In addition, many were used to train anti-aircraft gunners against a live target. The program was so successful that it was decided to produce purpose-built aircraft for this purpose.

Yeah@Pilotmario
@SPS13 oh.
@SPS13 It's also spelled DAESH, though any of our spellings could be correct, as there is no official Romanization for Arabic. For example, Osama Bin Laden can also be referred to as Usama Bin Ladin, among other spellings.
It is a very offensive play on Arabic words that is a term for ISIS.@ShatterFox
@SPS13 The hek is DASISH?
And DASISH (ISIS's least favorite word) @ShatterFox
@SPS13 k.
We haven't really gone to war with Iran, they actually softened up Iraq many times using the planes.@ShatterFox
@SPS13 America Gave the F-14s to Iran, few years later they're fighting the planes they gave them xD
interesting
F-15 went to Japan, and every other NATO nation that could buy them. I think F-14s and F-4s went to Iran and ever nation that wanted them. Same as the MiGs-some were given monkey models though.@Pilotmario
Wot.
@SPS13 I thought they cut up the F-14 Tomcats to keep the Iranians from getting their hands on them? I could see the Delta Dagger, F-16A/B Viper and F-15A/B Eagle
I wonder If they use the F-14 as well?@Pilotmario
Yep@Pilotmario
@SPS13 They certainly do.
They used the F-14 and F-106 Dart
They do this in real life @Pilotmario
