AT AT (V2)
Version 2. I slowed the rear legs and adjusted the pivot angle. This seems to improve the walking ability. Still not movie quality as two legs move at once but better.
Legs are activated individually with 1-4.
5 activates the jump lights and doors. Close the doors with VTOL all the way up.
7 triggers the Stormtroopers to parachute out.
8 activates the head and pulsing of the turbo lasers. Move the head with roll and pitch. The turbo lasers will pulse by sliding trim up.
To activate speederbikes thrortle up to 100% and wait until the engines spool up and then toggle 6. Technically you can control the bikes and shoot the guns but really they are just meant to be fun to watch crash and explode like a good Stormtrooper does.
Once you launch the bikes the ATAT will no longer walk as the main cockpit is on one of the bikes.
TO MAKE IT WALK: Close the doors and turn everything off except 1-4. Move VTOL up. Then, SMOOTHLY side VTOL down while simultaneously moving trim up.
Don't go below half way on either control or it doesn't work well. I find the best way is to smoothly take a good second to move the two controllers in opposite directions and then wait about 2 seconds for it to settle before moving again.
As you play with it you will develop a pattern. Be patient and smooth and it does work. I build this on mobile hence the two leg movement at once but on PC you can likely create a better method.
Been reluctant to post as I know it could always be better but it's time to move on as I've been working on this forever and started before I figured out how to do more precise builds. Big thanks to everyone out there who's designs have helped and inspired me learn over these last 3 years.
