The StarBuster is a heavy fighter designed for space superiority. Usually tasked as escorts for larger freighters, the StarBuster gets the job done with its twin laser cannons, ballistic gatlings and an adequate amount of missiles. The StarBuster is also equipped with 6-inch hull plating to protect in from weapon fire in case its shields fail. The StarBuster also comes with multiple redundant systems to keep it functioning even if it takes massive damage

@Ephwurd I used my Goshawk as the base. In my storyline the UWA found that while the CFA49 series were effective in dealing damage, these planes were too large, making them easy targets for smaller ASFs. So the UWA took all the best bits of the CFA49Mk.XX (the latest of the series) and put it in a smaller frame
@JoddyFubuki788 I used this railgun https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/wS6OL3/Railgun-Challenge I used pistons to make it retract to the body but the barrel is fixed there is no way I could retract it without messing up the assembly
Ah. This is as CFA-49Mk.XX ya know? And for retractable barrel, may i suggest to use pistons?@Ephwurd
@JoddyFubuki788 I don't know about the retractable barrel but I can make it retract to the plane (I used a different plane as a base)
Both of it, because it's waste of space if tge barrel is too long @Ephwurd

Uh use my Mk.XV as the devolopment part for Mk.XX and the railgun is long, small, and retractable @Ephwurd
@JoddyFubuki788 sure thing! Just post your plane as unlisted then tag me so that I can improve it and I'll keep the part count in mind :) (I have a custom railgun subassembly here but I don't know if it looks close to what you suggested~)

Instead we don't huh? And i really need help with creating CFA-49Mk.XX which the plane will possess 15000mph, but with more deadlier weapons and more agile. For weapons not just Missiles but also laser rail-cannons like in Macross Frontier's VF-25 Messiah's Tornado pack (the rail guns) @Ephwurd

As for my story... effects of using Hyperdrive boosters (CFA-49Mk.XV) made Koike losing conciousness like flash and kinda sick due to low pressure... but you know? Love effects are still working, proven with fubuki hug him and suddenly he calmed down @Ephwurd
