Citadel is a megastructure that build by Interdimensional Empire, Combine, located at the center of City 17, Citadel constructed 5 years before the events of Half Life 2 and it's destroyed during of The Uprising era, it houses of the Earth Administrator, Dr. Wallace Breen. Citadel has a big interior, make it able to store so much Combine soldiers, and itself heavily mechanized, allowing mass deployment of Airbone Unit such as Scanners and Gunships.

For mobile users, you dont need to worry you cant see the full citadel due of FOV limit, i have placed some camera on top, side, and back side of Citadel, and it has no lag :D!!!
