Initially the development began in the 1980s a multinational collaboration among the nations of Dieswen, Ryclia, La Pointe Du Norde, Orusenda, and Wielkova as a Future Fighter Programme, however Disagreements over the overall command of concept and the role of the aircraft caused Orusenda to abandon the project and develop their own aircraft the KT-21 independently, the first flight of the aircraft was used as a technology demonstrator on the 19th of December, 1989 in Villa San Appignana, Ryclia as part of the 25th anniversary of the Sarcusian (Sar-Cruise-Eon) Alliance of Nations (SAN), the alliance of Dieswen, Ryclia, La Pointe Du Norde, Orusenda (Former), Nordenvok, Iosia, Wielkova, and various other smaller nations in the Sarcusian continents.

the JSF-2000 (SAN Codename: Hurricane) entered operational service on 2nd July 1999 as the primary aircraft for Dieswen, Ryclia, La Pointe Du Norde, and Wielkova, although it has been exported to nations such as Nordenvok and Iosia as supplementary aircraft.
