@TheLatentImage Yes, the original cockpit was retained during the modifications done to the ship (behind the deflector dish), and the only things that were changed/added were weights, lights and weapons. So I was confused that it didn't credit them automatically. Thanks so much for your help!
@BogdanX are you sure that is the case? If so then that is a bug that should be reported. I had the understanding that it was only removed if the original cockpit was deleted. @tempusfelis there isn't a way to make this a successor after the fact, the game is supposed to do that automatically. It's something that we will have to keep an eye on in the future, no worries buddy.
@TheLatentImage The successor system did just disappear. How can I get it back so that I can credit them properly?
I am pleased that you credited the original creator. But, you do need to use the successor system when using other people's designs.
