Battlestar Gallactica was a Jupiter Class Battlestar from the 2003 TV series. Except for airfoil fins, the remaining ship and aspect ratios, including the Viper landing bays (on each side, extended in battle operations) are from schematics drafted for CGI models used on the show. This model takes off normally and patrols the islands on SP! Enjoy the ride!

50.4k StingrayThx @rohan I also posted the BSG Pegasus, which may handle better than this BSG model.9.5 years ago

50.4k Stingray@hypnotoad Yes, the tail fins can be easily deleted in the SP builder. Then, it can be re-painted to anything that's BSG better. Okay. BUT, then you gotta make it fly - and my non-posted version doesn't yet work on full VTOL.9.7 years ago

38.8k hypnotoadYes my man. I cannot believe this thing flies as it does. Given the VTOL positioning a touch abone centre, this thing stays arrow straight, like it, nice job. looking at the origional this also shows some good resemblance.9.7 years ago

77 BoingHard to see all the ship detail on my iPhone, but yes it does soar over the sea and mountains at a good 700 MPH! I'm A great BSG fan, thanks for this!9.7 years ago

216 jammerAmazing detail, especially the landing bays and rear "battlestar" exhausts. This behemoth behaves quite well over the islands on my old Android!9.7 years ago
